to access files (it changed recently):

Go to remote access tab in the upper right hand corner and log in  

To open folder click on  triangle shapes to the left of the folder (one click) 

starting with the triangle next to the data, then PRACTICE...

To see documents inside of the folder double click on the folder.

To open document - click on that document and open in appropriate program (Word or Adobe)

If you are click happy the system might freeze on you.
